Remote Rowing Coach is an iOS app designed for iPhone and iPad devices. Upon connection to the PM5 monitor on the erg, the app records and displays workout metrics in real-time. It provides the option to upload most workouts to the Concept2 Logbook after authentication within the app.
Moreover, with an in-app subscription, Remote Rowing Coach offers the feature to allow a third party to remotely view PM5 metrics in real-time. Note that this functionality requires the third party to have another instance of Remote Rowing Coach with a subscription on their device. Alternatively, real-time metrics can be viewed via the website accessible at:

To use this app, a Concept2 rower with a Bluetooth-enabled PM5 monitor is necessary; compatibility with PM3 or PM4 monitors is not supported. Additionally, force curve functionality is exclusive to PM5 monitors manufactured in late 2016 or later.

Training Review:

<li>Averages for various metrics can be reviewed including Stroke Rate, Average Heart Rate, Average Pace, and more.</li>
</ul>

Training Splits:

<li>The training split screen shows all recorded splits during your training.</ul>

Data Analysis:

<li>All captured metrics can be displayed on a scatter graph on this screen. Data can be uploaded to the Concept2 Logbook or exported in CSV format.</ul>
